flyerTFG grew out of already an existing Christian group at Twyford.

In 1987, at a lunchtime meeting of staff and students, it was decided to give this a more high profile image within the school and the name Twyford Fellowship Group was chosen. Very quickly, this became just TFG and, as such, has continued to serve the students of the school ever since.

In April 2007 many former students joined current members for a Saturday afternoon celebration of 20 years of TFG.

21st April 2007

It was a great afternoon....if you couldn't make it we are really sorry you missed it.

Photos of the day are available by clicking here (opens new window/tab)

We raised money on that day, and continue to do so, for Eddnets. Named after TFG member Edd Burrell, who sadly died after a battle with cancer just short of his 19th birthday, Eddnets is a programme to distribute the new Long Life Insecticide Treated Nets that could greatly reduce the terrible loss of life in Malaria infected regions. The bed nets cost so little - £5 - and offer so much hope.

Eddnets is operated through ALMA (London's link with Angola and Mozambique www.almalink.org). You will find more on Eddnets here.
